Vasculitis Presentation
A
- Can affect any system and cause a wide range of symptoms
- Skin lesion often first sign
- General lethargy and arthralgia
- Small vessel disease will cause purpura
- Medium will cause ulcers, nodules and digital infarcts
- Large will cause end-organ ischaemia e.g. TIA, dissection, aneurysms
