Varicella zoster virus
Primary infection:
varicella (chickenpox)
Transmission of varicella
via respiratory droplets or contact with lesions
contagious 1-2 days before rash and 4-5 days after onset of rash

Clinical features of varicella
fever, headache, tiredness and rash which starts with head concentrates on trunk and lasts 5-10 days
