three conjugated vaccs:
ActHIB
PedvaxHIB
HIberix

ActHIB and Hiberix:
3-dose primary series (2, 4 and 6 mo) followed by booster (12-15 mos)

PedvaxHIB:
2-dose primary series (2 and 4 mos) followed by booster (12-15 mos)
