What is face validity?
A
Whether a self-report measure looks like it is measuring what the researcher intended to measure. Only requires intuitive measurement.

What is concurrent validity?
A
The extent to which a new means of assessment or questionnaire produces is similar to an already well-established one that investigates the same thing.

How can validity of self-report techniques be improved?
A
Revise the questions so that the questions relate more obviously to the topic.
Remove irrelevant questions.
