The mould is placed in to the bottom of the vacuum forming machine

The sheet of plastic is placed above the mould and clamped in to place

The heater is pulled over the top and warms the plastic

The lever is pulled down to raise the mould to the plastic. A switch turns on the vacuum to remove air and draw plastic to the mould
