No due to theoretical risk of fetal infections.
Which vaccines are actively recommended during pregnancy?
Inactivated vaccines, as no evidence of risk as they do not replicate. Flu vaccine, diptheria with tetanus.
When should preterm babies receive routine immunisations?
On their actual date of birth. Monitor for apnea

BCG @ 4 weeks, Hep B at birth, 4 weeks and 1 y/o
