Off proceeds to floor below fire with rope. Selects window and communicates this to control ff.
sufficient lengths brought into Lobby and folds placed near window. Nozzle ff attaches the rope to nozzle, and places nozzle outside window, then proceeds to floor below fire. The back up will join the nozzle ff when relieved by control man. Control remains there until enough line is pulled up. Once line is charged and links removed control joins nozzle team.
