treatment
3-5 days amoxicillin. nitrofurantoin. trimethoprim
what can you treat resistant organisms with
co amoxiclav or ciprofloxacin
treatment relapse UTI
aminoglycoside IM or IV for 7 days, or oral antibios 4-6 weeks
treatment urinary infection from indwelling catheters
replace catheter and single injection gentamicin
