What is the endometrium?
the mucous lining of the uterus which proliferates and degenerates in the menstrual cycle.
Does the uterus have skeletal support?
No. It is a dense structure in the middle of the pelvic cavity
What does the uterus rely on for support?
Connective tissues such as uterosacral ligaments and pelvic floor muscles
