Alpha-1 adrenergic antagonists (alpha-blockers)- symptomatic tx
5-alpha-reductase inhibitors (reduces prostate size)
Antimuscarinics (anticholinergic)- symptomatic tx works on detrussur muscle
Phytotherapy
sal palmetto- can cause false negative w/ spa
