Follow-up Imaging for Antenatal Hydronephrosis

DO not repeat imaging in first 48 hours (will likely underestimate)
- repeat US in 1st 2 weeks of life if SFU Grade III-IV or APD > 15mm
- Repeat US in first 3 months if SFU grade I-II or APD 7-10mm
