16
Q

Elbow TART ROM

A

Palpate elbow, Flexion 140-150, Extension 0- -5.

17
Q

Ulnar Abduction/edduction evaluation

A

Ulnar adduction is varus (should have wrist abduction), ulnar abduction is valgus (should have wrist adduction)

18
Q

Elbow MFR (direct or indirect

A

Indirect all way to where likes to go, direct where doesnt like to go (For flexion extension and pronation supination

19
Q

Ulnar Abduction adduction MET

A

Put them into restrictuive barrier, they push back, etc

20
Q

Ulnar Abduction SD HVLA

A

Bend arm slightly into flexion, one hand on olecranon, other hand on their wrist supinated, move arm into adduction, thrust is towards you on elbow.

21
Q

Ulnar Adduction SD HVLA

A

Arm supinated and bent slightly, ulnar abducted, push inwardly on the elbow for thrust.

22
Q

Interosseous membrane examination

A

their arm supinated, feel with thumbs deeply into arm

23
Q

Interosseous membrane MFR

A

Put thumbs over tense areas, compress or pull thumbs apart and hold until release is felt

24
Q

Interosseous Membrane BLT

A

Hold wrist one hand, other hand along their radiums, use thumbs on interosseous membrane, flex extend elbow till get BLT, then respiratory phases.

25
Q

Radial head evaluation

A

Supination: anterior, Pronate: posterior.

26
Q

Radial head MET Anterior=Supination

A

Pronate it, have them activate towards supination. Other one is reverse

27
Q

Anterior radial head SD HVLA

A

they steated, thumb of one hand into their elbow, other hand flex and pronate forearm, then do thrust hyper flex and pronate.

28
Q

Posterior radial head SD HVLA

A

One hand on elbow other on wrist, extend and supinate elbow, thumb over radial head, hyperextend and supinate.

29
Q

Radiocarpal (Wrist) joint tart and ROM

A

Flexion 80-90, extension 70, wrist adduction 30-40, wrist abduction 20-30

30
Q

Wrist Flexor Retinaculum MFR

A

They seated holding hand out supine, put thumbs on base of palm, push thumbs apart, hold for 20-60 seconds.

31
Q

Radiocarpal Joint SD Articulatory with traction

A

Physician cup hand, then put hands around on their wrist, then put your fingers in each other, then draw figure 8s with their arm, keeping pressure with your hands.

32
Q

Wrist extension/ventral carpal SD HVLA

A

Thumbs on dorsal aspect, index fingers on plantar aspect, start with hand arm limp in extension then whip like motion bring arm up. into flexion.

33
Q

Wrist flexion/dorsal carpal SD HVLA

A

Thumbs on dorsal aspect, index fingers on plantar aspect, start with hand arm up with hand flexed, then whip it down into extension

34
Q

Hand TART Screen and ROM evaluation

A

Abduction, adduction, then testing finger movements for flexion extension abduction adduction (can also do the rotations passively.

35
Q

Finger articulatory treatment

A

One hand hold thumb hand, other hand hold finger, then can do flexion extension or clockwise counterclockwise, can do at individual joints.

36
Q

Phalangeal SD HVLA

A

One hand on wrist, other hand use thumb and middle and index to grab part of finger, do traction, then hyperflexion
