1/4 cup (2.1 oz) Heavy cream Granulated Sugar (opt) Pure vanilla extract (opt) 1 oz Advocaat 1 oz Cognac-style brandy 1 oz brewed hot coffee/espresso Garnish: Cocoa powder
- Whip heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until stiff
- Combine advocaat and brandy and bring to simmer, add coffee/espresso and stir
- Pour into warmed mug, top with whipped cream and dust with cocoa powder

1 large egg, seperated Pinch cream of tartar 1 Tbsp Confectioner's Sugar Pinch Ground All-Spice Pinch Ground Cinnamon Pinch Ground cloves 1 oz Cognac-Style Brandy 1.5 cups of hot milk Garnish: nutmeg
- Whip egg white and cream of tartar
- Beat egg yolks and combine with all-spice, cinnamon, and cloves
- Fold egg whites into egg yolks
- Divide batter evenly between two mixing glasses, add half of brandy and milk to each, and stir to combine.
- Pour into heated mug and dust with nutmeg

1 uncooked rice 8 cups of water 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 1/4 cups of milk 14 oz sweetened condensed milk 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 1/4 cup cognac-style brandy
- Cook rice in water
- Drain rice and reserve the water
- Blend rice and cinnamon until consistency of fine meal
- Add mixture to water and let stand at room temperature for 2 hours, and strain through fine mesh sieve
- Add milk, condensed milk, vanilla, and brandy, stir and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

1 Lemon wedge 1 Lime wedge 1 Cucumber wheel + garnish 1 Grape + garnish 1 Strawberry + garnish 1/4 Orange 3 Mint leaves 2 oz Cheater's cup 1/2 oz Ginger syrup 3 oz club soda
- Combine all ingredients except club soda and muddle
- Strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice, and top with club soda
- Add more ice on top and garnish with cucumber, grape, and strawberry

Dash Grenadine
- Combine all ingredients, fill with ice and shake
- Strain into bowl/glass and load syringes. Serve on a bed of crushed ice

- Add one scoop of sorbet to a coupe glass and fill with champagne
- Garnish with sprig of mint

1 cup Pineapple Juice
1 cup Rich mint simple syrup
1 cup water
6 oz dry gin
- Combine all ingredients in airtight container.
- Freeze until mixture is slushy (3-4 hours)
- Blend until smooth and return to container, cover, and freeze overnight

3/4 cup Whole milk 1 Tbsp Unsweetened cocoa 3 Tbsp Granulated sugar 3/4 oz Genever 1/2 oz Orange liqueur
- Combine the milk, cocoa, and sugar in small saucepan over low heat and stir until the sugar dissolves and mixture comes to a simmer.
- Stir in genever and liqueur to combine and top with whipped cream

4 Lemons 3/4 cup Sugar 2 cups Genever 2 cups off-dry German riesling 2 cups sparkling water Garnish: Lemon wheels
- Peel 3 lemons with little pith and muddle peels with sugar
- Let sit for 4 hours when sugar is aromatic with lemon scent
- Juice lemons, strain 6 oz juice into lemon sugar, and shake until sugar is dissolved
- Pour into punch bowl and top with genever and riesling
- Float large block of ice in punch, add sparkling, and garnish with lemon wheels
