- Combine all ingredients, fill with ice, and shake

- Remove the peel from lime with little pith, and juice the lime
- Combine juice and peel in collins glass, muddle together
- Fill with ice and add bitters
- Add genever and stir–adding sugar if drink is too tart

- Combine all ingredients, fill with ice, and shake
- Strain into a martini glass and garnish with lime

1/2 Lemon 2 oz Genever 2 dashes Aromatic bitters 3/4 oz Caramelized pineapple syrup Garnish: Lemon twist and Tincture of clove
- Muddle lemon, add liquid ingredients, add ice, and stir
- Strain into martini glass, garnish with lemon and mist surface with tincture

2 oz Genever 1 oz Orange liqueur 1 oz Lime juice 1/2 oz Orgeat syrup Dash Aromatic bitters Garnish: Mint leaves and Orange slice
- Combine genever, liqueur, juice and syrup, add ice, and shake
- Strain into rocks glass 2/3 full of crushed ice and dash bitters on top
- Garnish with mint and orange

- Combine genever, juice, and sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved
- Strain into collins glass with cubed ice

1 oz Star anise infused genever 1/2 oz Amber rum 1/2 oz Rye whiskey 1/2 oz Orange liqueur 1/2 oz Dry vermouth 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth Lemon & Orange twist for serving
- Combine liquid ingredients, fill with ice, and stir
- Strain into a chilled martini glass, squeeze both twists over surface, and drop into the drink (scream “give me liberty or give me death”_
