2 drops Orange flower water

Club soda
  • Combine gin, simple, juices, vanilla, orange flower water, cream, egg white, and whip
  • Fill with ice and shake (traditionally until it hurts)
  • Strain into a collins glass
  • Swirl club soda between shakers sides to pick up remaining egg white to make a head. Top off glass.
