2 oz Dry gin 1/4 oz Lemon juice 1/4 oz Orange juice 1/4 oz Pineapple juice 1 tsp Simple syrup Dash Aromatic bitters
- Combine liquid ingredients, add ice, and shake
- Strain into a martini glass
Ace Cocktail

1.5 oz Dry gin 1/2 oz Grenadine 1/2 oz Heavy cream 1/4 tsp Lemon juice 1 Egg white Garnish: Nutmeg
- Combine liquid ingredients and whip
- Add ice and shake to chill
- Strain into a martini glass and dust with nutmeg

1.5 oz Dry gin 1 oz Orange juice 1/2 oz Orange liqueur 1/2 tsp Simple Syrup Dash Orange flower water
- Combine all ingredients, fill with ice, and shake
- Strain into chilled martini glass
Pom Gin Fizz

1.5 oz Dry gin 1 oz Simple syrup 1/2 Lemon juice 1/2 Pomegranate juice 2 drops pure vanilla extract 2 drops Orange flower water 2 oz Heavy cream 1 Egg white Club soda
- Combine gin, simple, juices, vanilla, orange flower water, cream, egg white, and whip
- Fill with ice and shake (traditionally until it hurts)
- Strain into a collins glass
- Swirl club soda between shakers sides to pick up remaining egg white to make a head. Top off glass.
Ramos Gin Fiz

1.5 oz Dry gin 1 oz Simple syrup 1/2 Lemon juice 1/2 Lime juice 2 drops pure vanilla extract 2 drops Orange flower water 2 oz Heavy cream 1 Egg white Club soda
- Combine gin, simple, juices, vanilla, orange flower water, cream, egg white, and whip
- Fill with ice and shake (traditionally until it hurts)

1.5 oz Dry gin 3/4 oz Lemon juice 1/2 oz Simple Syrup 3/4 oz Blackberry Liqueur Garnish: 2 Raspberries & lemon slice
- Combine gin, juice, and syrup, fill with ice, stir
- Strain into collins glass half filled with crushed ice and pour blackberry liqueur over top of drink
- Garnish with raspberries and lemon

- Combine gin, juice, and syrup, fill with ice, and shake
- Strain into a flute and top with chilled Champagne

- Combine all ingredients, fill with ice, and shake

- Combine gin and mix, add ice, stir
- Strain into a collins glass filled with ice cubes

- Combine ingredients in blender and pulse to combine
- Strain into a pitcher/airtight container

1.5 oz Dry gin 6 oz Montford Snapper Mix 2 dashes Tabasco Sauce Salt and pepper Garnish: Parsley sprig and lemon wheel
- Combine gin and mix, add ice, stir
- Season with tabasco, salt, and pepper
- Strain into a collins glass filled with ice cubes and garnish with parsley and wheel.
