The electromagnetic spectrum.

They are the part of the spectrum just beyond visible red light.

We can detect infrared radiation with our skin- it makes us feel warm.

A
Increase the heat.

How does infrared radiation get to us and what does that tell us about it?
A
It travels from the sun to earth through space, therefore we know it can travel through a vacuum.
