Q

5 Features of a Single Circulation System {Fish}

A
  1. blood flows through the heart once every complete circuit
  2. two heart chambers (atrium and ventricle)
  3. blood absorbs oxygen in the gills in lower - pressure
  4. blood is released in body cells, then back to the heart
  5. gill capillaries slow blood flow, body receives blood at a very low pressure which decreases the rate of oxygen supply
