Diagnosed with PTSD in 2005 while active duty militlary and had just gotten back from a 16-month tour in Iraq.
- And at the time was having trouble sleeping and focusing during the day.
- Made known to my supervisors that I needed something to help with coping throughout the day.

A
Stem from stress, pop up and surface in sleep, daydreams, irritable, normal day pattern disrupted
Triggers: Loud noises such as fire arms, fireworks (have to see it to tell himself its okay)

Music, exercise, community, friends, family (more intense feelings when alone), routines
