Q

What documentation should be obtained in regards to images obtained?

A
  • Abnormalities: additional images and waveforms that show severity, location, extent, and if possible, etiology.
  • Any stenosis or obstruction must have documenation both at and distal to the site.
  • Any site of intervention
    • ie. stent, bypass in which doppler must be used pre-at-post.
  • Any variation in technique/protocol must be described.
