Hepatitis A
Liver disease caused by the hepatitis A virus. Children have no symptoms but they pass it on to care givers who get very sick

Hepatitis B
A liver disease caused by infection of hepatitis B virus. Can range from a few weeks to a lifelong illness.

Haemophilus
Bacterium that can cause a severe infection occurring mostly in infants and children younger than 5 that can cause lifelong disability and be deadly (does not cause the flu)

Polio
Contagious viral illness that in its most severe form causes paralysis, difficulty breathing and sometimes death. It can affect spinal cord causing muscle weakness and paralysis

Measles
Highly contagious viral disease that can be fatal. Begins with fever that lasts a couple days, followed by cough, runny nose, and conjunctivitis (pink eye) then a rash starts ok face and spreads down the back then extends to the arms and hands and feet. In 5 days it fades in the same order. Complications of measles invite pneumonia and encephalitis (inflammation of the brain)

Mumps
A contagious disease that leads to painful swelling of the salivary glands. Starts with fever, headache, muscle aches, tiredness, and loss of appetite. After the salivary glands become swollen. Symptoms last 7-10 days

GERMAN MEASLES 3 day measles rash that affects the skin and lymph nodes

CHICKEN POX. Common childhood disease that is found mostly in young infants and adults. Can spread from person to person. And lead to severe skin infection, scars, pneumonia, brain damage, or death.
