What was the Miller-Urey experiment?
A
They did an experiment using a mixture of water, ammonia, methane and hydrogen and a high voltage spark to stimulate lightning. After a week they found that amino acids were produced.

How do we separate gases in the air?
A
Fractional distillation - liquified air is pumped in at -200C. Liquid oxygen leaves at -185C and gaseous nitrogen leaves at -190C.

Why do tectonic plates move?
A
Because of convection currents in the mantle caused by radioactive decay of materials.
