What are the 4 project work considerations an individual must have?
Employability: must be an employable person (fill gaps in resume, adaptable and attractive)
Commitment: difficult to feel commitment to company due to temporary nature
Entrepreneurial spirit: create own business and be own boss to ensure stability
Think of the market all the time: be knowledgeable of job market (e.g. expanding countries/sectors, what employers are looking for etc)

- Learn faster + general skills ( helps you to be adaptable)

why will the complexity of work increase?
Basic jobs will be lost to technology (computers/robots)
Jobs will demand more intellectual work
