What is the Form UID?
Unique identifier for a form on WebForms (retailer and document type specific)
What is a web company UID?
Unique identifier for any company setup to exchange documents through WebForms
What is a Web Doc UID?
Unique identifier for a document that has been sent, saved or received through WebForms
What is a Parcel UID?
Unique identifier assigned to each DC4 parcel (visible in DC4 Tracker)
What is the Evision Docid?
Unique identifier for any document that transmits through one of our datacenters
What is the TPID?
Unique identifier for a trading partnership
What is a vendor number?
Unique number assigned by a retailer to a supplier
What is the manufacturer’s ID?
Typically the first 6-8 digits of a customer’s UPC
What is the GS1 company prefix?
Globally unique number assigned to a company by the GS1 US organization
What is a DUNs number?
Unique nine digit identification number, for each physical location of a business; assigned by the Duns & Bradstreet organization
What is an EDI ID?
Identifier sent within EDI data to identify the sender or receiver company for the transaction; composed of the ISA Qualifier, ISA ID, and GS ID assigned to the company
What is the ISA ID?
The EDI ID sent within the ISA segment for a company
What is the GS ID?
The EDI ID sent within the GS segment for a company
What is the DC4 company UID?
Unique identifier for each company record in DC4
What is the SSCC-18?
SSSCC-18 = Serial Shipping Container Code; Unique sequence on a shipping label that is also located in the MAN02 of the ASN
What is the SPS Serial #?
The name of the field in the DC4 Ad hoc tool where the Parcel UID should be entered
What is the sender ID?
The EDI ID of the sending company
What is the receiver ID?
The EDI ID of the receiving company
What is a control number?
A unique number in an EDI document that uniquely identifies a transmission between two parties
What is an interchange control number?
The control number located in the ISA segment of an EDI document; also found in the IEA segment
What is the group control number?
The control number located in the GS segment of an EDI document; also found in the GE segment
What is the document control number?
The control number located in the ST segment of an EDI document; also found in the SE segment
