will come with IUGR and anomalies too. Placental lakes are usually transient and do not necessarily accompany anomalies.
Kareotype for complete mole?

anencephaly: abscence of the cranial vault
Findings of hydrops?
pleural effusion, pericardial effusion, and ascites, subq edema
How do you tell the difference between a paraovarian cyst and a peritoneal inclusion cyst?
peritoneal inclusion cysts can partially engulf the ovary and are often multilocular
