Chancroid (secondary to haemophilus ducreyi)
Syphillis (primary presentation with painless ulcer)
Condylomata lata (cutaneous manifestation of secondary syphillis)
Donovonosis (kleibsiella granulomata)
Lymphgranuloma Venerum (caused by L1-3 serovars chlamydia)
Autoimmune: Pemphigoid
Pyoderma Gangrenosum
