Normal Variant

  • pearly penile papules
  • Fordyce’s spots
  • large prominent veins
  • prominent hair follicles
  • Skin Tags
  • Fibrous scar tissue causing curvature of the penis (Peyronie’s disease)

Non specific skin change

  • psoriasis
  • eczema
  • lichen planus (use betamethasone)
  • Dermatitis (e.g. Seborrhoeic)
  • Fixed Drug Eruption
  • Lichen Planus
  • Candida
  • Neoplastic

Skin condition associated with genital region
- Lichen scleoris (balanitis xerotica -> phimosis)

Ulcer - SJ’s, Behcet’s, Pyoderma Gangrenosum, Pemphigoid
