Common Manifestations: Venous Ulcers
Improves with elevation
Edema
Hemosiderin Staining
Shallow with HEAVY drainage
Irregular borders
Common Manifestations: Neuropathic Ulcers
“Stocking Glove” Distribution
Sensory loss
Tingling
Lacks blood flow
Skin warm/dry
Common Manifestations: Arterial Ulcers
Painful with legs elevated
Pain with rest
Pain at night
Relieved with dependency
Loss of hair/shiny skin
Increased sensitivity upon palpation
Deep/dry
