what are the pros and cons of massed practice
pros: overlearns skills so they become habitual, motor programmes are formed, time effective, improves fitness
cons: can cause fatigue, performer may not be physically capable of undertaking the practice, not time for feedback, danger of negative transfer
define distributed practice

performer is: cognitive, unfit, lacking motivation
what are the pros and cons of distributed practice
