Description of tendon?
Attaches muscle to bone.
Any contraction of muscle pulls on tendon and in turn bone causes movement
Description of epimysium?
Continuous with tendons at end of muscle.
Surrounds muscle fibres.
Description of perimysium ?
Each fascicle surrounded by connective tissue
Description of endomysium ?
Each muscle fibre surrounded by connective tissue
Description of fascicle ?
Muscle fibres are grouped in bundles which may consist of up to 150.
