Top Managers:
Top managers, such as CEOs and presidents, are the highest-ranking executives in a company. They set the organization’s vision and strategy, make critical decisions, oversee operations, shape corporate culture, and represent the company to external stakeholders.
Middle manager
Middle managers, like department or regional managers, carry out plans from top management. They oversee teams, ensure goals are met, and act as a link between top managers and employees.
Bottom manager/ First line manager
First-line managers, such as supervisors or team leaders, are responsible for overseeing daily tasks and managing employees directly to ensure work is completed efficiently.
