Top manager
Top Managers:
Top managers are the highest-ranking executives in a company, such as CEOs, presidents, and chief officers.
They are responsible for setting the overall direction and strategy of the organization, making key decisions, and overseeing the entire company.
Top managers focus on long-term goals, shaping corporate culture, and representing the organization to external stakeholders.
Middle manager
Middle Managers:
Middle managers are responsible for implementing the strategies and plans developed by top management.
They typically oversee specific departments, divisions, or teams within the organization . example department manager, regional manager , Decision manager
Middle managers coordinate with lower-level managers and employees to ensure that objectives are met, resources are allocated effectively, and operations run smoothly.
They also serve as a bridge between top management and frontline employees, communicating goals, policies, and expectations.
Bottom manager/ First line manager
First-line managers are responsible for directly supervising and coordinating the work of non-managerial employees.
They oversee day-to-day operations, assign tasks, provide guidance and support to employees, and monitor performance. example supervisors, Team leader , foreman
