Rx options for TV resistance

-Repeat course metronidazole 7/7 first
-Then do higher dose so either metronidazole or tinidazole 2g daily for 5-7 days or met 800mg TDS for 7/7
- then do resistance testing. If not available do v high dose tinidazole
Tinidazole 1g bd or 2g bd for 14/7 +/- vaginal tinidazole
