Check dose counter
Load dose by turning anti-clockwise and then clockwise until it clicks to make dose available
Breathe out gently away from mouth piece
Place horizontally in mouth and form a tight seal with lips
Take a strong fast breath in
Hold for 10 seconds or as long as you can
While holding breath remove from mouth
Breath out gently and if another dose is needed repeat the previous steps
