Remove cap from pMDI
Shake the inhaler and insert into the spacer device
Place the mouthpiece in the mouth
Ensure the valve can be opened by breathing in and out slowly (clicking sound)
Press the canister
Take a slow deep breath and hold for 10 seconds or as long as you can
Remove device from mouth breath out slowly
Wait 30-60 seconds to repeat

Clean normally
Was with soapy water and leave to air dry
Check valve moves freely
Replace every 12 months
