A
  • Depigmented ‘ash-leaf’ spots which fluoresce under UV light
  • Roughened patches of skin over lumbar spine (Shagreen patches)
  • Adenoma sebaceum: butterfly distribution over nose
  • fibromata beneath nails (subungual fibromata)
  • cafe-au-lait spots may be seen
