What are some features of legionnaire’s disease?

A
  • Flu-like symptoms including fever (present in > 95% of patients)
  • Dry cough
  • Relative bradycardia
  • Confusion
  • Lymphopaenia
  • Hyponatraemia
  • Deranged liver function tests
  • Pleural effusion: seen in around 30% of patients
