- Have you ever had a positive PPD?
- Are you allergic to anything?

A
Mostly used as a baseline screening for newly hired healthcare workers

- HIV positive persons
- Recent contact of TB patients
- Chest X-Ray suggestive of previous TB
- Patients with organ transplants and other immunosuppressed patients

- Recent Immingrants (i.e., with in the last 5 yrs) from high prevelence countries
- Intravenous drug users
- Born in a country where TB is common
