New Tablet bought outright but no cellular data?
A
Check to see if the IMEI and ICCID match on device. If not, start a new order and manually type in both. Have customer restart device and usually takes time but should fix issue.

If porting over from AT&T could be hours before things switch over?
A
Verizon phone will make phone calls going out, but incoming calls will go to AT&T phone. BYOD will be same thing. latest 24-48 hours.
