instead of of doing New Order for change of sim, what do you do?
A
1) Click on the phone and go to edit
2) Go to SIM ID, then click on change
3) Should automatically go to MDN associated with.
4) Manually type in the ICCID OR IMEI depending on if customer is looking to change device.
5) Check “SIM Sale” box only if we are giving them one of our sims.
6) Then Add to Cart, go and actually tap the cart.
7) Future Date/Back Date/Today Date choose
