- left lateral decubitus w head of bed tilted down
- Orogastric tube
- 200ml of warm tap water put into stomach and reomoved via gravity or suction
what is the tx for moderate/severe salicylate toxicity
urinary aklalization
IV admin of sodium bicarb +/- KCl
Urine pH goal of 7.5-8.5
keep serum K+ at 4-4.5
