Q

t(11;14)(p13;q11.2)

A

The t(11;14)(p13;q11.2) fuses the T-cell receptor alpha/delta (TCRA/D) locus with LMO2, which occurs in about 7% of pediatric T-ALL cases and does not appear to have prognostic significance.

Q

t(9;22)(q34;q11)

A

t(9;22)(q34;q11) Philadelphia chromosome occurs in about 4% of pediatric B-cell precursor ALL. The Philadelphia chromosome is also seen rarely in T-ALL, but with a frequency less than 1%.
