Transitional Employment Program
★ Vocational program which places clients who are impaired or with disability in paid, entry-level jobs

★ Focuses on developing skills needed to be successful in the work place
★ Includes exploration of career opportunities, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills, & job-retention skills

Pre-Vocational Program
★ Provides individuals with an opportunity to experience employment responsibilities in a structured work environment
★ Develops skills required for successful participation in the work environment

★ Provides temporary community employment
★ often a collaboration between a psychosocial rehabilitation agency & community employer
★ jobs are selected based on client abilities and endurance
★ provides work experience
Pre-Employment Jobs
(based on Rehabilitaiton Clubhouses)
★ negotiated by rehabilitation agencies
★ clients receive training, assistance with job search, job placement, & support in mainstram employment
