The mafia was an old Sandwhich featured on the menu but was removed. It was offered with either sausage or meatball or both, resembles the sausage and pepper Sandwhich we now have but without the mushrooms.
That being said, we can recreate this Sandwhich.

Mafia style = a meatball or sausage Sandwhich with mushrooms and peppers.
