With roasted red pepper aioli and local organic greens, tossed with lemon juice and olive oil
Garlic Cheese Bread
Served with marinara
Fried mozzarella with marinara
Fresh mozzarella, lightly breaded and deep fried.
Local Manila clams
Steamed in a Mediterranean seafood tomato broth.
*Served with house bread
Calamari
Lightly breaded and fried, served with spicy cocktail sauce and remoulade.
Remoulade = similar to a tartar sauce but is usually an aioli or mayonnaise based sauce
What is the bread dipping sauce made of?
The sauce is olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, and basil mixed together.
Fritto Misto
Zucchini, Mushrooms, and artichoke hearts that are breaded and deep fried. Served with our red pepper aioli and blue cheese dressing.
