Allowed English tradesmen to sell cloth anywhere in Burgundy other than Flanders without paying customs

Malus Intercursus

Signed after Philip oB sook shelter from a storm in England. Suffolk was given up and trade with burgundy was to be free.
So favourable to England that the Magnus Intercursus was restored in 1507

Baltic importance

A

the Baltic was most important trading area after Antwerp. Henry tried to limit the power of the Hanseatic League through the navigation acts but this failed.

He signed treated with Norway & Denmark, but these were not successful. In part this was because Henry was concerned they may support English claimants, once again showing how securing his dynasty was his main aim
