Relations with Burgundy were crucial as the cloth trade went through Antwerp and was the largest part of British trade income, but were difficult as they supported Warbeck and Simnel. Henry put a trade embargo on Burgundy between 1493-96 until the Magnus Intercursus.
In 1506 Philip oB sought shelter in England due to storm, and agreed the Malus Intercursus that handed over Suffolk.
Relations with Spain
Medina del Campo signed in 1489. This married Catherine of Aragon and Arthur in 1501 and agree Spain wouldn’t harbour English rebels.
Henry moved towards an anti-Spanish alliance in 1508
