diffuse erythematous rash
desquamination of rash (esp palms and soles)
involvement of 3 or more organs;
- hepatitis 
- renal failure 
- GI (diarrhoea and vomiting)
- mucous membrane erythema 
- CNS (e.g. confusion) 
- thrombocytopenia
