A tour operator is a business that’s role is to put together the different components of a holiday and sells them as complete packages at an inclusive price.
This saves time for the customer as they do not have to do accommodation, flights and other transport separately.

A
Travel agents are businesses that arrange the details of a holiday on behalf of customers. They normally specialise in leisure travel such as holidays, but some also cater for business travel customers.
