What are the RICS Governing council implementing at the moment?
A new composition of Council to better reflect the geographical location and disciplines of members. Elections took place in April 2023

In a disposal example, I would ensure that I always paid particular regard to the sustainability of a property and the future of sustainability and how that this might affect the marketability and value of a property.
I would always be very clear and transparent with the client when advising them on any issues that their property may have.
What does the UK Government Sanctions have on your work?
It can affect whether I undertake an instruction or not, as it is deemed appropriate to decline an instruction if the person is on the UK Government Sanctions list
What do you know about Biodiversity Net Gain?
Its a way to contribute to the recovery of nature while development land.
Wildlife must be in a better state than it was before.
What has the Environment Act stated development sites must do?
I know that in accordance with the Environment Act 2021 that all new building projects have to improve the biodiversity of the site by a minimum of 10% by this coming November.
