What is neuroethics?
A
Neuroethics is a recent field of study concerned with the provenance and implications of knowledge about the brain, and the use of such knowledge to treat/manipulate/enhance brain function.

What are the three main concerns of the DANA foundation?
A
Capacity, autonomy and agency.

What are two projects that are currently concerned with neuroethics?
A
The BRAIN project (USA, government funded), and the Human Brain Project (HBP, European).
