- Eventually one species might win and “take over”
- The “loosing” organism would have to change to another food source or move habitats to survive

- Where the organism lives and what it does (its role)

A
- A highly specialized role or characteristic activity undertaken by an organism in an ecosystem

- The roles of characteristics undertaken by a generalist organism
Ex. coyotes, raccoons

- Animals that can eat a variety of food and live in a variety of habitats
Ex. coyotes, rabbits
